stupid control
I've recently found out a girl I used to run with in my roaring twenties is now with child. This leads me to believe more than ever we should have mandated laws where a certain level of intelligence is measured before you're allowed to procreate. Chastity belts with punani under lock and key is ideal for all parties involved directly and indirectly. Think of your local case worker, therapist, teacher, fireman, police force, etc... We could save a lot of taxpayer money if we diminish the population of stupid.
